Enjoy a delicate herbal sweet profile, the allspice and elderberry just work so well together!
We have released only a couple of blends since 2008. It takes some time to achieve the profile we want, considering maturation and structure, evolution and length… just pure interest and enjoyment really.
Here we blend Belizean Allspice purchased direct from the farm 2024, with Dorset Elderberry pate de fruit – grown and crafted in 2025.
The base chocolate is a 65% dark milk, where we explore a blend of superfine cacaos from around the tropics. Named and traceable, the blend is proprietary for now!
