4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our gentle creamy World Silver ICA 2022 Pomona - Apple Cider Brandy - salted caramel 60% dark milk chocolate, studded with cubes of our own grown Dorset Russet apple pate de fruit. 
 
A dessert apple, with a rich, sweet, almost nutty flavour.  It has firm flesh and unique  russeted olive green-brown skin. Picked and ready to eat in Choctober, they keep well for a few months, our in-house pate de fruit process extends lifespan and condenses flavour further. The origin of the apple is not certain, but is thought to have been raised in the south of England sometime before 1870.
