For this bar we have been playing around with our Gold for Europe, Award-winning White Chocolate, 42% Chuncho, Peru (at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards). The cacao butter in this bar has a naturally creamy and bright floral profile.

 

Inspired by the garden at Maison Dior, Grandville, we've added a blend of high quality essential oils creating a really fun bar that is very easy to eat.  Start with the aroma.  Spend as long as you like enjoying the bouquet!  Tasting... look out for the top note, mid note and base note as the bar opens up and the melt gets going.  It was a lot of fun to create a bar with such structure, we spent several months and many different blends to deliver just the right experience.   Thank you, Miss Dior, for the challenge! 

 

The cocoa butter is an awardwinning product in its own right with its creamy and pineappley profile, it earned itself the World Gold medal with the International Chocolate Awards in 2020-2021. We have been using this butter since 2019.  We felt it was so amazing, we saw that one coming. Also, we sourced excellent organic, cashew nuts from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki's own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter. As always, we use organic, unrefined cane sugar.
