For the shell, we use 3 star, Great-Taste-winning Rocko coffee from Ethiopia, unrefined cane and natural cocoa butter. 3 pure ingredients masterfully combined in our So Woke coffee chocolate. A delicious and powerful coffee lift that can't be spilled and won't burn you.
Chocolate was previously enjoyed as a drink, until Fry's developed the solid bar format, which is now very popular. We hope the same for coffee! We haven't drunk a cup for years, far prefer eating it nowadays.
The filling is a traditional, delicious and virtuous hazelnut paste. We use IGP/PDO Piedmont hazelnuts, best we've ever tasted, freshly roasted at Solkiki and stoneground with our picobatch-from-a-microbatch, ultra-rare, Gran Palo blanco cacao from 2019 harvest. Showcased alone in our 72% dark and 65% dark milk chocolate bars.
